See yourself in our team
Risk Management is responsible for developing and deploying the risk frameworks that allow the Group to take conscious exposures to credit, market, operational, compliance and insurance risks within a Board-approved appetite. We achieve this by ensuring the Group has appropriate strategies, policies and frameworks in place to assess, manage and report on risks that may impact great customer outcomes.
The Operational Risk Management Framework Design Centre of Excellence (“ORMF Design CoE”) team supports the Group’s vision through simplification, innovation and continuous improvement of the design of the Operational Risk Management Framework (ORMF). We support the business in its decision making and management of operational risk by providing operational risk standards and procedures, supporting guidance and designing risk tools (namely RiskInSite and ORMF specific DART Dashboards). We hold ourselves accountable for the design effectiveness of the ORMF to support each Business Profile Owner, Risk Owner, and Control Owner to achieve their strategic objectives.
