Do work that matters
Obsessing over customers means prioritising them above all else, relentlessly improving their lived experience, and anticipating and solving their unmet needs. Bringing a disciplined focus to the things that will drive the greatest improvements is crucial.
As part of Group Compliance, the Conduct, Culture and Accountability CoE is responsible for designing, implementing and monitoring frameworks which enable consistency across the Group and provide an operating environment to work within and meet our customer, community and regulatory expectations and requirements.
