Business Bank (BB) offer a wide range of services and solutions to our small to medium enterprise customers and our regional and agribusiness customers.

Your Team

Small Business Banking Broker Vic Tas is primarily responsible for the origination and retention of new to bank and existing clients. Clients are sourced from accredited intermediaries and Small Business Banking Broker Vic Tas  facilitates and supports relationships nationally.

Your Responsibilities

In your role, as a Relationship Executive-Acquisitions, you will be expected to:

  • Position the Bank to win new business and support the development of client relationships, delivering on CBA purpose to Build a brighter future for all.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to assist clients to meet their day-to-day financial needs and medium-term goals by gaining an in depth understanding of the client’s business/financial position.
  • Engage and collaborate with specialists to deliver the most appropriate tailored financial solutions.
  • Negotiate commercial terms of transactions with clients via business intermediaries and oversee progress of deal execution through to conclusion ensuring timely and efficient delivery to meet clients’ expectations and requirements.
  • Maintain close liaison with Risk Management, promoting an in depth understanding of the client, industry and transaction specifics to maximise efficiency in the lending process.
  • Build a network of local internal and external stakeholders and business intermediaries to assist the origination of new business, new clients and the gathering of competitive intelligence.

Your skills and experience

  • Experience in client analysis and credit origination.
  • Effective communication and people skills.
  • Ability to collaborate within and contribute to a high performing team environment.
  • Sound time management skills and ability to prioritise.
  • Extensive knowledge of bank products and financial services products and services.
  • Tertiary qualifications in commerce, business or a related field is desirable.
