This role is a 12-month fixed term opportunity within CommBank’s Marketing and Corporate Affairs division.

As a member of the Corporate and Institutional Marketing team, you will partner with the Major Client Group (MCG) Business Banking division to support our customers in managing and growing their businesses by providing market-leading solutions and services.

We deliver world-class marketing initiatives in collaboration with stakeholders and agency partners, which increase awareness of the CommBank business brand, deepen customer relationships, and support advocacy.

Do work that matters

As a Marketing Manager in Business Marketing, you will lead marketing programs focused on acquiring new customers and growing share and enhancing the experience of existing customers.

You will also have the opportunity to work on projects across all business and institutional segments. This role is ideal for those passionate about business-to-business (B2B) marketing.

We're interested in hearing from people who have:

• Experience delivering Account Based Marketing programs to enterprise and corporate customers, with experience delivering via Salesforce an advantage.

• Executional experience across multi-channel campaigns, including experience in event management, content and paid media.

• Understanding of key industry trends, including sustainability, cyber security, macroeconomics and tech innovation.

• Strong commercial acumen, with a passion for quantifying, attributing and improving the value of marketing activity.

• Ability to deliver superior outcomes under tight deadlines, with competing requirements.

• Project management skills, including building project plans to deliver on time, within budget, and to objectives.

• Previous experience working with creative agencies, external partnerships, and relationship management/executive teams.

• A degree in Marketing or a related discipline is preferred.
