The Visa Leadership Associate (VLA) Program offers a unique leadership development experience that enables high potential early career talent to build the broad capabilities and necessary experience to pursue a career as a future commercial leader at Visa. Our world class programming will allow participants to build their network, understand our business, obtain a global mindset and acquire new skills, on their journey to becoming the next generation of Visa leaders.
Through experiencing four six-month rotational assignments across the breadth of our business over the two-year program, our VLA graduates will be able to hone their business acumen while making a direct impact to Visa’s business.
Program Highlights
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office three days a week based on business needs.
