The Opportunity
As a Principal Product Marketing Manager for the Customer Journey Management team, you will work with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, regional and global marketing, engineering, customer success, finance and business development to drive product marketing activities critical for retaining and growing market share for B2C Customer Journeys portfolio in the Japan & Asia Pacific (JAPAC) region. Work in a collaborative manner with the global product marketing teams as well as regional product marketers representing other parts of the Adobe Experience Cloud portfolio.
You will lead efforts to define go-to-market strategies for the Customer Journeys portfolio that drive new customer growth as well as retention and expansion within the existing install base of Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Campaign and Adobe Target accounts. You will help Adobe customers drive personalisation at scale for their consumers with a market leading customer engagement platform that supports both brand-initiated campaigns as well as customer initiated individualised journeys across inbound and outbound channels of engagement. You will actively participate in the strategic development and execution of product go-to-market, as well as marketing programs to enable effective selling, align product positioning with industry trends and product advancements, and increase brand and product awareness through thought leadership activities.
