About us

Visa Managed Services (VMS) is the delivery arm of Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) team. We draw on our expertise in strategy, consulting, data analytics, and industry experience to develop fact-based recommendations and delivery plans to improve client performance. The VMS team is specialised in building teams that work within our client’s businesses to drive results.

About your role

Embedded within the client’s business, you’ll enjoy working in a collaborative Tech Squad, delivering against a clear roadmap that will deliver results for the client.

• Our ideal candidate is responsible for working with highly collaborative teams and technology vendors to support integration of technologies on the roadmap implementing robust and scalable systems emphasizing on designing and delivering as per the established standards and guidelines. You can deliver the projects as per the plan and schedule.
• You partner with Operations team in creating/updating standard operations procedure and reporting.
• You maintain a focus on personal development of soft skills including refining ability to operate in ambiguity and problem-solving skills.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Qualifications

What you will need to be successful:

• 5+ years of Experience working with .net Core, C-sharp
• Front-end technologies - HTML/CSS/JavaScript, React, Next.js, Angular
• Database: Relational Database preferably with experience in SQL Server.
• Should have worked on Kafka or similar event streaming technologies & Micro services architecture.
• Solid experience in enterprise application integration including APIs, Web Services (SOAP/RESTful), Micro Services, Containerization (Open Shift Containers, Kubernetes etc.)
• Solid experience in Unit testing principles.
• Exposure to source control and continuous integration systems such as Git, TeamCity, etc
• Training and certification in relevant Cloud, DevOps and Middleware technologies will be a big plus.
• Ability to learn quickly and draw meaningful conclusions from independent research.
