A great opportunity exists to join Zurich’s Service Enablement team as an Underwriting Platforms Specialist on a 12 month contract.

In this varied role, you will support the General Insurance underwriting teams with platforms that help to streamline the underwriting process. The platforms are applications managed centrally by the Zurich Group in Europe and used across our business segments. Engaging with a range of local and global stakeholders, you will monitor requests, assist with issues and help to provide solutions.

Important to your success - Unlock your potential

• Previous experience within an insurance role will be highly regarded
• Ability to ensure prompt and effective response to client requests and interactions
• Exceptional customer service delivery
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to process information with a high level of accuracy. 
• Competency using MS Office, Excel
