Our Home Lending Executives are the type of people who thrive on creating long-lasting relationships. They know how to ask the right questions to deliver appropriate lending solutions and build trust, confidence, and advocacy in every interaction.

Do work that matters

Whether a customer is buying their first or second home, investing in a property, refinancing, building, or renovating; you will be there to deliver the right solutions at the right time and trusted to make the experience great for them.

More specifically you will:

Help customers achieve their home finance goals tailored to their needs
Drive community engagement and build professional and customer relationships within the community
Generate your own business development opportunities
Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
Maintain existing proprietary relationships

We're interested in hearing from people who have:

Experience in a similar home lending role from within a bank or mortgage broker environment
Demonstrated business development success
A well-developed knowledge of home lending products and the current responsible lending legislation
