ING Australia is pursuing an ambitious growth strategy to become the most loved mobile-led bank in the country. Our approach involves digitising customer experiences, offering innovative products, and ensuring safe, excellent delivery.
We are currently on the lookout for a proactive and seasoned Product and Performance Marketing Manager.
In this pivotal role, you’ll be the central point of contact for the product portfolio’s performance, closely monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of our acquisition channels.
Our ideal candidate will boast a solid background in paid media agencies (covering paid social, search, and display), possess extensive expertise in acquisition and activation funnels, and demonstrate proficiency in go-to-market strategies. You’ll have a proven track record of managing campaign budgets effectively, facilitating constructive discussions with the team on campaign performance, and devising solutions to overcome challenges.
You’ll thrive in this role if you possess a curious mindset, ask pertinent questions about conversion statistics, drive return on investment, and thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven global matrix environment.
If you have experience in managing high-volume campaigns, are passionate about enhancing customer awareness and boosting conversion rates, this opportunity is tailor-made for you!
