We are seeking a dedicated Third Party Risk Management Specialist to join our team and support our business owners in implementing effective third-party risk management strategies.

About the Role

As a Third-Party Risk Management Specialist, you will be pivotal in ensuring regulatory and corporate compliance, supporting service provider performance, managing operational risks, and facilitating disengagement processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the entire Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) lifecycle for business owners, including risk assessments, onboarding, due diligence, implementation, monitoring, and contract termination.
  • Guide business owners and Procurement in conducting supplier risk assessments to ensure compliance with security standards and develop risk mitigation strategies.
  • Establish and maintain the TPRM governance framework, including policies, procedures, and strategies.
  • Record and manage contract details in the Contracts Register and identify Material Service Providers (MSPs) as necessary.
  • Identify and monitor concentration risks with business owners, overseeing critical downstream service providers and maintaining governance frameworks for service provider oversight.
  • Conduct training for senior management and business owners on TPRM roles and responsibilities and develop reports for senior management and governance committees on service provider management and oversight.

About You

  • Extensive experience and strong understanding of third-party risk management, procurement, supplier governance, compliance, and related frameworks for risk management, assessment, governance, and compliance.
  • Proficiency in using systems like Ariba and Service Now, along with data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
  • Demonstrated success in managing third-party performance through the development and implementation of frameworks, KPIs, and insights.
  • Capability to work both independently and as part of a team, effectively handling multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for engaging and collaborating with stakeholders.
