Your day to day will consist of...

Development of GenAI and ML products (both prototype and production) as part of a cross-functional product team focused on ideating use case for Networks, IT & Cybersecurity.

Work with the Directors / Senior Directors of AI Product on data and AI roadmap to support use cases.

Delivery of AI services, utilising appropriate advanced techniques and contextualising these into end to end pipelines.

Engage with stakeholders across the Chapter, Networks and the AI division as required as required to clearly define the business problem, articulate approach, process, assumptions and pathways to drive efficient solutions adoption.

Sourcing and amalgamating data sources from disparate clouds platforms and sources to extract meaningful insights and patterns to power data driven decisions.Presenting prototype AI solutions to senior leaders from varying technical backgrounds for endorsement to take into production.

What makes you perfect for the role? You enjoy being hands-on and are excited to apply your data science knowledge to uncover insights and develop meaningful and driven outcomes for clients. Additionally, you will also bring to the role:

Strong experience in advanced data analytics or machine learning / AI / Statistics or STEM.

Confident using GenAI models leveraging advanced prompting & RAG techniques such as hybrid searching, agentic orchestration or MCP server design.
Demonstrated experience in building AI & ML pipelines including data ingestion and consumable features using a mixed technology stack including Azure, GCP, AWS or parallel, cloud or distributed computing such as Cloudera.
Proven implementation of machine learning algorithms such as SVM, decision trees, logistic regression, clustering, neural networks, graph models using Python, Spark/Scala to solve real world business problems.

Experience in a cross-functional product or software squad with focus to prototype and innovate in an ambiguous environment.

Strong curiosity with the ability to bring different approaches and new perspectives to owning & solving problems and ability to constructively challenge & defend opinions.

Good communication skills with business partners from a variety of backgrounds with varying levels of technical proficiency and seniority and ability in mentoring and coaching others in the wider data science AI & analytics space.
