Role
This is a 12 month fixed term contract, to lead the Frankston Hospital Redevelopment Project in relation to transition, completion and modifications including other project related activities as required. This will involve working with our project parties to ensure Exemplar Health (EH) achieves their contractual milestones and requirements. The Transition Manager will report directly to the CEO of Project Co and as a key member of the Project Co team, liaise closely with D&C Contractor, FM services contractors, State and Peninsula Health (PH).
Experience
Minimum 5 years experience in health or facilities management, construction project management
Previous experience in management of multi-disciplinary teams highly desirable
Demonstrated ability to communicate complex information clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing
Tertiary qualification in infrastructure related field – Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management
Experience in PPP
Manage and collaborative with various different parties
