Senior Manager, Financial Crime Compliance, Governance (Reporting)

The Financial Crime Compliance team provides support to the Group’s domestic and international operations. 

This role will be responsible for collecting all necessary material input including consultation and feedback leading to NFR reporting in support of the CBA MLRO.

Reporting to the Head of Governance - Financial Crime Compliance, you will responsible for establishing a common reporting standard quality and process across all Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) reporting lines.

On any given day you will be:

  • Manage the preparation, collation, and facilitation of FCC Group level Reporting, including for Board Risk and Compliance Committee, ELT, and ELT NFRC.

  • Co-ordinate and manage timeframes for FCC allocated actions arising from materials presented at Board Risk and Compliance Committee, ELT and ELT NFRC

  • Manage the collation of papers and facilitation of EGM review for Business Unit NFRC meetings

  • Manage the collation and facilitation of EGM review for global Branch financial crime risk Committee meetings.

  • You will be the central coordination point for a large range of senior stakeholders across the business

  • Ensures accuracy and timeliness of critical report production.

We’re interested in hearing from people who have:

  • Experience in the production of complex risk reporting

  • Executive briefing and anticipating and delivering key insights

  • Complex document production

  • Tertiary qualifications in law or previous legal/governance experience highly valued
