Based in Sydney and reporting to the Managing Director of Asia & Emerging Markets (AEM) business segment, you will lead high-impact projects and programs across AEM, driving business growth, improvement, and excellence. 

About the Role  

As a Senior Program Manager, AEM you will be responsible for the following: 

  • Oversee and coordinate multiple projects and programs across the region to ensure alignment with company strategic goals 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a highly matrixed organization to drive projects from inception to completion 

  • Maintain high standards of quality throughout each stage of the project/program 

  • Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation plans, and schedules to ensure timely and within-budget delivery 

  • Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies that could impact project/program success 

  • Analyze project/program performance data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement 

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards 

About You  

To be successful as a Senior Program Manager, AEM you should possess the following: 

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in program or project management, preferably in a matrixed organization 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration

  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels 

  • Be a strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and analytical skills, able to drive continuous improvement and informed decision-making 

  • Have a proven track record of delivering complex projects/programs on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards 

  • Highly proficient in project management tools and methodologies 

  • Professional certification(s) such as Six Sigma, Lean, Agile and PMP 

  • Experience in developing workshops/platforms for internal processes 

  • Experience in coaching project team members to strengthen their abilities and skill sets
