We are seeking a Payroll consultant to join our amazing team on a 24 month fixed term project! The Payroll Consultant plays an integral role in ensuring accurate and compliant payroll processing for a large scale of workforce employees within Optus, including those covered by Enterprise Agreements.
We’re looking for a star ready to take on a great project that has experience with large payroll systems such as SAP SuccessFactors and ECP…and we’re particularly interested in candidates who have worked on payroll remediation projects - or have a strong project/system implementation background.
This role is responsible for end-to-end payroll remediation / execution, including processing, validation, submission, payment, reconciliation, while ensuring compliance with Australian tax laws, superannuation regulations, payroll tax obligations, and Single Touch Payroll (STP) reporting requirements.
