Lendlease Digital is looking for an organised and focused Digital Analyst to join the team. We are looking for someone who has a passion for driving great customer outcomes. This role works to support our Investment Management, Development and Construction (IDC) businesses, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences by providing timely and effective support to internal customers.
Your primary responsibility will be to support Business requirements through the Demand Management process, helping customers leverage Digital Service offerings, and collaborating with internal teams to identify solutions. By utilising your strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, you will contribute to maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
We are looking for an individual who is proactive, has a growth mindset, is an excellent communicator, and takes accountability for outcomes in a complex business environment in a customer friendly and timely manner.
