With over 70 centres across the country, our team provides a comprehensive range of services to our diverse range of business customers throughout both Metro and Regional Australia. We have an outstanding opportunity for a self-starter, customer-centric business banker with good business development skills, who thrives in an exciting environment and shares our passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

Based in Mt Barker, this is an interesting Agribusiness portfolio with healthy and balanced businesses turning over between $3M - $50M.

As a Agribusiness banker, you will have access to a comprehensive range of innovative products and solutions and will benefit from the support of our highly skilled analyst team.  Our fully integrated market-leading systems will enable you to spend more time with your clients.

More specifically, you will

• Consult closely with clients, build strong relationships and gain an in-depth understanding of their individual needs, retaining their current business while identifying new opportunities
• Engage product specialists to deliver a broad range of financial solutions
• Drive strategy and deal execution, structuring and negotiation of financial solutions, while owning proactive risk management responsibilities 

We want to hear from you if you have

• A real passion for relationship management, strong commercial acumen with a view to further developing your financial skills
• Experience of building successful customer portfolios and business origination for a diverse range of agricultural and/or commercial sectors 
• Experience outside of the banking sector with a tertiary qualification in commerce, finance or a related field would be highly regarded.
• Passion for Agriculture and Agribusiness
