The Financial Crimes Services (FCS) brings together key capabilities to disrupt financial crime & deliver on our regulatory obligations to protect our customers and community. This role will join the Financial Crime Operations (FCO) OCM team, which supports the execution of the Group’s Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) strategic initiatives. Working in partnership with our Crews and business stakeholders, the OCM team aims to simplify changes for our people and customers. Together we educate, enable, and embed financial crime across the business. The FCO OCM team value trust, flexibility, transparency, and a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Do work that matters

Lead the change, business engagement and change strategy for complex change delivery, to achieve effective and sustainable change and business outcomes.

Specifically, you will:

  • Conduct detailed change impact assessments that accurately reflect the change impact, including the impacts on the business, other areas of the Group, associated people risks and how these impacts will be managed.
  • Plan and lead a comprehensive change management approach, developing fit-for-purpose change interventions and solutions that deliver value and maximise change adoption.
  • Manage the identification, and engagement of internal and external stakeholders, as well as resolution of stakeholder people-related risks and issues.​
  • Manage change transition and adoption through communications, engagement, coaching, training and tracking metrics, so that changes become business as usual.
  • Design and implement business readiness tracking metrics for Change Management readiness measures.
  • Manage the development of artefacts, including change impact assessments, change implementation plans, communication plans, stakeholder engagement, business readiness assessments and resistance management plans.
  • Design and develop change collateral as required (e.g. presentations, training materials, communications and reference material).
  • Contribute to the development of change objectives and measures of success and continuously monitor adoption and success metrics.
  • Collaborate across the Change Management Chapter Area and Practice to drive knowledge sharing, learning and problem solving.

  • An agile mindset and familiarity with agile practices
  • Influential stakeholder management, negotiation and leadership skills
  • A creative approach and the ability to communicate familiar material in new and original ways
  • Proven experience in delivering change and communication strategies in large and complex environments
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline.
  • A risk mindset
  • Domain knowledge of Financial Crime would be advantageous
