Join our dynamic team at EB&I Delivery, where we are committed to delivering top-notch cloud and datacenter solutions. We are looking for a passionate and skilled Tier 2 Technical Specialist to join our Global Delivery and Operations team.
Your day to day will consist of...
- Manage and support technologies within the C&DC ATAC (Advanced Technical Support Centre) and GTAC (Government Technical Support Centre).
- Work with VMware, vSphere, vCenter, Microsoft Hyper-V, and other visualisation technologies.
- Administer and troubleshoot Linux and Windows servers.
- Handle Active Directory configuration, administration, and troubleshooting.
- Manage DNS, DHCP, NFS, FTP, and OS patch management using WSUS, SCCM, and Repo server (Linux).
- Support SAN storages, backup technologies, and protection applications.
- Provide mentoring and assistance to Tier 1 specialists and Analysts.
- Collaborate with customer stakeholders and client delivery groups to ensure successful and timely delivery of managed services.
- Participate in on-call rosters for incident escalation and resolution.
What makes you perfect for the role?
- Must be an Australian Citizen and able to obtain NV1 clearance.
- Extensive experience in ITIL environments.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Experience in Cloud and DC platform design, implementation, and operation.
- Excellent communication and technical skills.
