We have an exciting opportunity for a Modality Sales Manager to join our team based in either Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane managing our Magnetic Resonance business. As the Modality Sales Manager MR, you are responsible to execute the go-to-market strategy and to ensure commercial success for the MR business within ANZ. This role will be leading a talented team of MR Product and Clinical Application Specialists.

You are responsible for

  • Owning the development and execution of the product strategy for our MR portfolio with the objective of growing market share, sales and positive customer feedback.

  • Enabling commercial success of the MR business in the ANZ district and ensuring enablers are in place from the business to realize commercial plans.

  • Owning Customer experience (CX) and Customer lifetime value (CLV), customer satisfaction for the MR business in the ANZ district.

  • Identifying changing market situations or competitor moves and appropriate responses

  • Developing and implementing sales account strategies in cooperation with Sales Leaders and Account Managers to meet financial and customer objectives.

  • Managing performance, forecast, markets trends, competition, and growth opportunities 

  • Leading the modality sales specialists and clinical team

You’re the right fit if

  • Proven marketing and product management capability gained within a multi-national organization

  • Experience in managing radiology capital equipment sales and strategy and ideally, having existing relationships with Imaging providers

  • Solid experience in defining and deploying strategic plan with proven impact;

  • Strong track record in building and leading high-performing and diverse teams;

  • Strategic business acumen and strong customer focus;

  • Demonstrated ability to lead transformational change;

  • Operational excellence and persistence in order to deliver the plan;

  • Empathic leadership and ability to connect and inspire across a range of internal/external stakeholders;
