ING, Australia’s most recommended bank, are recruiting an experienced C-Suite level Executive Assistant to support our Head of Wholesale Banking in Sydney.This role supports a key executive during a period of huge growth for our Wholesale Bank. You will be responsible for activities such as diary management, meeting planning, email management, coordination and preparation of presentations and documents, co-ordination of international and domestic travels and associated visit agendas. In addition, this role will ensure effective support of the meeting governance framework for the Executive with a clear cadence of key meetings in place which are supplemented by accurate documentation.
You will play a pivotal role in supporting our Head of Wholesale Banking to effectively lead the function to deliver on strategy and priorities. As such, we are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant, with high levels of attention to detail and the ability to build trust and loyalty with the executive you support as well as foster an environment of positivity.
