Job Description:

The Marketing Supervisor leads the development, implementation, and profitable growth of new products and services, product enhancements, and strategic and tactical marketing programs and initiatives. He/She aligns marketing priorities and initiatives with Sales and Operations, collaborates with the Sales team, interacts with customers to develop product improvements and enhancements, and develops and enhances competitive solutions for customers. This position works with public relations, advertising, and trade show programs. He/She develops, implements, and leads marketing strategy and programs for specified products and services. He/She will lead the on-ground execution of strategic projects that are undertaken in the country. The Marketing Supervisor will be supported by marketing analysts and needs to focus on the development of the team.
