Ready to elevate beyond the numbers? Join our dynamic Record to Report team spanning ANZ and Asia where you'll be the commercial backbone of SEEK's project accounting across APAC.

What You'll Do:

  • Deliver insightful project reporting with clear analysis of results and future implications
  • Lead Capex management, ensuring proper development cost capitalization and supporting R&D tax incentives
  • Maintain financial controls aligned with SEEK policies and IFRS standards
  • Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
  • Collaborate across Finance to automate and accelerate financial reporting and analysis
  • Mentor junior team members

Qualifications

  • CA / CPA designation or equivalent
  • Experience in commercial analysis roles and an exposure to projects specific accounting would be viewed favourably
  • Experience in coaching and guiding junior accountants within a team
  • Project technical accounting experience
  • Experience in preparation and accountability for business unit P&Ls and balance sheets
  • Self-starter with the ability to interpret and communicate commercial insights to decision makers
  • Passionate for enhancing business processes and information systems to optimise the capture of information
  • An ability to manage large volumes of information and manipulate this through advanced Excel skills and data visualisation tools
