Marketing Analyst – Internal Medicine
POSITION SUMMARY
The Marketing Analyst is responsible for operational and marketing support of the Internal Medicine Category which includes more than 14 brands with almost 70 SKU´s , mainly focus on the migraine portfolio, including operational execution, implementation of the portfolio strategy and follow–up and alignment with enabling functions, as well as focus on specific projects.
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage deployment of physical and financial resources to meet project milestones.
- Support CBM (Country Brand Manager) in implementing portfolio strategies like media campaigns.
- Support projects within the category.
- Deliver project coordination according to pre-defined action plan for regular events.
- Analyze prescriptions data and actualize monthly the report.
- Analyze sales and market share per region.
- Support the development of educational materials, working with local agencies.
- Be responsible for the design, approval and availability on time of the branded and unbranded materials.
- Carry out transactions with third parties in accordance with established legal and compliance standards.
- Collaborate in the development of an Omnichannel Strategy to different audiences, meeting awareness & engagement objectives.
- Work with medical/legal to obtain appropriate approval of marketing materials.
- Follow up calendar initiatives.
- Provide support on MAPP Navigator for the Category and become a MAPP and a Speakers Program expert. Work very close with the transaction center to ensure compliance and flawless execution of the events as well as management of speakers in the official database.
- Ensure DME execution supporting CBM generating timely PO’s.
Qualifications:
- English – Advance level
- University degree related to Marketing, Business administration or engineering.
- +2 years of professional experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry (desirable) or Marketing

- Understanding of sales / marketing role in the pharmaceutical industry is desirable
- Excellent communication and digital skills
- Self-Awareness & Emotional Intelligence; Strong Planning and organizational skills
- Teamwork capabilities
- Advanced Experience in Office suite (Power Point, Excel, Word)
- Business intelligence general knowledge is a plus
- Data analysis interpretation
