PH ACCOUNT MANAGER – Buenos Aires, ARG
As Account Manager, you’ll drive growth and strengthen partnerships in the Health and Personal Care industry, focusing on Key Retails and Specialist accounts.
Your role:
Lead commercial negotiations, manage customer plans, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives to ensure execution excellence.
Collaborate with Marketing, Trade, Finance, and Supply teams to develop tailored solutions.
Gain exposure to a dynamic and evolving industry with continuous learning opportunities.
This position is based in Buenos Aires, Argentina and requires in-person presence at least 2 days a week in our office. Occasional travel to client locations may be needed.
You're the right fit if:
You have 3+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Trade Marketing—ideally within Consumer Electronics or Mass Market.
You’re skilled in negotiation, commercial planning, and building strong customer relationships.
You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
You communicate effectively, think in a data-driven way, and thrive in cross-functional collaboration.
You’re flexible, proactive, and autonomous, with the ability to adapt to change, take initiative, and grow in a fast-paced environment.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
