- Strategically lead and oversee the growth of Razer’s business in the Middle East region, ensuring the achievement of ambitious revenue, margin, and market share targets.
- Cultivate and strengthen executive-level partnerships with key retailers and eco-partners, driving long-term collaborative growth.
- Guide the creation of impactful, market-specific campaigns in collaboration with the Marketing and Product teams, ensuring alignment with global and regional objectives.
- Shape strategic market insights, providing thought leadership in sales territory management and actively contributing to key decisions in REU Manager meetings.
- Lead, manage, and inspire the regional sales team to achieve individual and collective targets, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence.
- Design and implement comprehensive strategies for product launches, up-sell and co-sell opportunities, aligning these efforts with broader organizational goals.
- Mentor team members through regular coaching, performance reviews, and development plans, enabling professional growth and enhancing team capabilities.
- Develop actionable market intelligence by gathering direct insights on pricing, competition, and channel margins, using this data to identify growth opportunities and steer strategic initiatives.
